Cookie Policy
Every cookie we set, what it does, and how long it lives. No dark patterns, and no pre-ticked boxes.
The four categories we use
Every cookie we set falls into exactly one of four categories. Only the first is exempt from consent, because the service cannot function without it.
- Strictly necessary — sign-in sessions, security tokens, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choices. Always active. Cannot be switched off.
- Functional — remembering your workspace, theme, language, and sidebar layout so the product looks the way you left it.
- Analytics — our own first-party record of which pages you visit and in what order, kept per visit rather than only in aggregate, so we can see where people get stuck. A pseudonymous id links the pages within one visit; if you sign in, that visit is linked to your account from the point of sign-in onward. We never store your IP address and never use this to build advertising profiles.
- Marketing — measuring which campaign brought you to the site, and suppressing ads for people who have already signed up.
Cookies we set ourselves
These are set by launchifyer.com and are readable only by us. Live means we set it today. Planned means it arrives with a feature we have not shipped yet, and is listed here so this page is complete rather than a surprise later.

Today, a visitor who never opens the consent panel leaves with no cookies at all. The only cookie we write without asking is lf_consent itself, and only once you have answered — recording a choice is what lets us stop prompting you. lf_vid is written only if you allow the analytics category, and is removed if you later withdraw it.
Cookies set by others
Our own visit analytics, described above, is first-party — it is not a third party and its data stays with us. Separately, one third-party vendor runs on this site, and it sets no cookies at all.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, fingerprinting, social sharing widgets or third-party ad exchanges. If that changes we will add the vendor to this table and ask for your consent again before it loads, rather than relying on an answer you gave about something else.
Changing your mind
In Launchifyer
Use the Cookie preferences link in the site footer to reopen the consent panel at any time. Clearing a category takes effect immediately and deletes the cookies in it. Your choice is stored for twelve months, after which we ask again.
In your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies independently of our settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent the product from working.
- Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies.
- Safari: Settings, then Privacy, then Manage Website Data.
- Firefox: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions.
Global signals
We honour Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal we treat it as a refusal of analytics and marketing cookies, without you needing to interact with the banner.
How long the analytics data is kept
The visit records behind our first-party analytics — which pages were viewed, in what order, and the coarse device and country of the visit — are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. We do not keep raw per-visit records beyond that window; only figures already counted into aggregate reports remain.
The lf_vid cookie that links the pages within a visit also lasts 90 days. Clearing it, or withdrawing the analytics category, starts a fresh visitor with no link to the previous one.
Changes and contact
When we add or remove a cookie we update the tables above and change the date at the top of this page. If a change widens how we use cookies in a way that needs your consent, we will ask again rather than assume your earlier answer still applies.
